We offer a range of property inventory services to Letting Agents, Landlords and Tenants.

Our Services Include
Interim Reports
When a property is let, it is beneficial to both the Landlord and the Tenant to keep things running as smoothly as possible.
Both Landlords and Tenants can benefit from our Interim Reports service. We can arrange to meet the Tenant at the property or obtain their consent to arrange key collection if they are not going to be present.

An Interim Report provides photographs of each room and detail any changes in the condition of the property’s fixtures and fittings. This can alert Landlords to any damage or evidence of non-tenants, smoking or pets.
An Interim Report can also make Tenants aware of any potential liabilities that they may be responsible for. We can provide Tenants with helpful advice regarding the remainder of their tenancy and necessary steps they can take prior to Check-Out.

All Inventory Reports are compiled in accordance with recognised industry standards.

Our accurate and fully detailed reports are produced using the latest software including date stamped, high quality colour digital photographs.

During an Inventory inspection we visit the rental property and itemise fixtures, fittings and contents. The condition of the property and contents is also recorded with photgraphic evidence..
Where possible, meter readings will be taken.


At Check-In we collect keys from your chosen location and arrange to meet your Tenant at the rental property, either on or prior to the start of their Tenancy.
We walk the Tenant through the property, highlighting key parts of the Inventory Report and make them aware they have 7 days post Check-In to notify the Agent of any discrepancies/amendments.

Where possible, meter readings will be taken and agreed with the Tenant.
We will finally obtain an E-Signature from the Tenant upon agreement of the property’s condition and an electronic copy of the report will be sent directly to them.

At Check-Out we visit the rental property at the end of the Tenancy, either with or without the Tenant present.
The property is inspected throughout and the Check out report will detail any differences between the present condition of the property and that described in the original Inventory Report.

Allowances will be made for Fair Wear and Tear and any deterioration or damage to the property will be noted.
Where possible we will take the meter readings and if the Tenant is present, we can accept the return of the property’s keys and return these to the preferred location.
The Check-Out Report will be sent to the Agent/Landlord within 24 hours via email.
